Private Music Lessons

Learn how to play an instrument in-person, in the comfort of your home, studio, or any place that you desire.

For online lessons, all you need is access to the Internet, an iPad (or equivalent), an instrument, and some free simple to use software that I’ll help you set up.

Do you want to play the piano but don’t want to go through years of drudgery and unnecessary piano exercises?

How about starting with learning an actual song that you like? I’ll get you going with the necessary tools to play the music and tunes that you’re interested in and want.

I don’t start you with reading music until after you can play a few pieces with both hands. In the same way that a child doesn’t learn to read words until after they can speak, I’ll help you learn how to speak (play) music first, then how to read it. If you don’t want to learn how to read music, you don’t have to. If you DO want to learn how to read or would like some assistance in improving your reading skills, I can help you with that as well. It all depends on your musical goals and aspirations.
